Founded by sisters Zurich and Shadi, Top iT was inspired by a love for the vibrant street food of Amsterdam, particularly the delightful Poffertjes. Our journey began in 2015 when Shadi fell in love with these mini pancakes during a trip to Holland. She returned with a vision: to bring this Dutch delight to the Toronto food scene.

Having previously owned a successful vegan food business, Zurich was eager to embark on this new culinary adventure with her sister. Together, they combined their passion for food and family to create Top iT.
